Terms
The short version: founder memberships are on sale now, everything else opens at launch, and you can walk away any time.

Founding memberships are on sale now; general sale opens at launch. SuiteAction is estimated to launch at the end of August 2026. Joining the waitlist is free and is not a purchase. You may optionally buy a founding membership now — $129 a year, billed today and held at that price for as long as you stay subscribed. The cancellation and refund terms below apply.
Who you are contracting with
SuiteAction is operated by Metro Stack Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17195789), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Your contract for SuiteAction is with Metro Stack Limited.
Who can use it
SuiteAction is for people aged 18 or over who can enter a binding contract, using it for themselves or for a business. It is not intended for children.
The waitlist
Joining means we email you a confirmation straight away and once more when SuiteAction launches; every email carries an unsubscribe link. Joining does not reserve a place, guarantee access, or fix a price. You can ask to be removed at any time using the unsubscribe link, replying to any email, or writing to support@suiteaction.dev.
What the service will do
SuiteAction connects an AI assistant you already use to your Google Sheets, Docs and Slides, and carries out instructions you give it against those files. It edits real files in your Google account. Changes it makes are real changes. Google Workspace keeps version history, so edits can be reviewed and reverted there, but you are responsible for the instructions you give and for checking the result on anything that matters.
Your AI assistant is a separate product with its own terms and privacy policy, and we do not control what it decides to ask SuiteAction to do. A request sent with your API key is treated as your instruction — SuiteAction carries out instructions, it does not judge them.
Your account and keys
Keep your sign-in and your API keys secret — anyone holding a key can act on your Google files, within whatever that key is allowed to do. Actions taken with your keys, including those an AI assistant or app sends on your behalf, count as your use. If you think a key has leaked, revoke it from your dashboard (that cuts it off at once) and email support@suiteaction.dev.
Pricing
The standard plan is $29 per month, plus VAT or sales tax where applicable, and includes 1,000 successful actions a month. A founder membership is on sale now and continues at launch: $129 a year, locked at that price for as long as you stay subscribed, and includes 1,500 actions a month. A founder year is billed up front on the day you buy and renews annually from that date. At the monthly limit SuiteAction pauses until the next reset — there are no overage charges, and failed actions are not counted.
The first 100 actions are free, over 14 days that start when you take your first action (not at sign-up or email verification), and need no card. Prices are not fixed in advance of launch and may change; if they do, the price shown at the point you subscribe is the one that applies to you.
Acceptable use
- Do not use SuiteAction to access accounts or files you are not entitled to.
- Do not use it to produce unlawful content, or to send unsolicited mail.
- Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits or resell access.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you materially break these terms, if a payment is charged back, or if we reasonably believe the account is being used unlawfully or has been compromised. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right, and a person reviews every suspension. A suspended account keeps its data — email support@suiteaction.dev to sort it out.
Availability and liability
Before launch the dashboard, signup and founder subscriptions are available; the uptime commitment starts at launch. After launch we will make reasonable efforts to keep SuiteAction running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Cancelling, refunds and disconnecting
Disconnecting your Google account revokes our access immediately. You can cancel a subscription at any time, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Apart from the statutory cooling-off right below, payments already made are not refundable. Cancelling stops the next payment; we do not refund part-months, and a founder year is not pro-rated — cancelling simply stops it renewing.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a subscription bought online. Because SuiteAction can start working immediately, at checkout you agree that supply begins straight away, so if you cancel within those 14 days we refund what you paid less a proportionate charge for whatever has already been supplied. That statutory right is the only refund we offer, and nothing here affects it or any other right you have as a consumer.
Whose stuff is whose
Your files, your instructions, and everything SuiteAction creates or edits at your request belong to you — they live in your Google Drive and we claim no rights in them. SuiteAction itself — the software, the service, this site and the name — belongs to Metro Stack Limited; while you have an account you may use it, and nothing more.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will say so on this page and, for anyone on the waitlist or with an account, by email, and it takes effect at your next renewal rather than mid-term. If you do not accept a material change, cancel before you renew and it will not apply to you; continuing to use SuiteAction after it takes effect means you accept it.
The legal plumbing
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. You may not transfer your account to someone else; we may transfer this contract to a buyer of our business, as long as your rights are not reduced. Neither of us is responsible for delay or failure caused by something genuinely outside our reasonable control. Notices from us go to the email on your account; notices to us go to support@suiteaction.dev. These terms and the privacy notice are the whole agreement between us for SuiteAction.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer you keep the mandatory protections of the country you live in and may bring proceedings there.
