Terms

The short version: nothing is for sale yet, and you can walk away any time.

Last updated 29 July 2026

Nothing is for sale yet. SuiteAction launches in August 2026. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, no payment is taken, and you are not signing up to anything you cannot walk away from.

Who you are contracting with

SuiteAction is operated by Metro Stack Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17195789), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Your contract for SuiteAction is with Metro Stack Limited.

The waitlist

Joining means we email you a confirmation straight away and once more when SuiteAction launches; every email carries an unsubscribe link. Joining does not reserve a place, guarantee access, or fix a price. You can ask to be removed at any time using the unsubscribe link, replying to any email, or writing to support@suiteaction.dev.

What the service will do

SuiteAction connects an AI assistant you already use to your Google Sheets, Docs and Slides, and carries out instructions you give it against those files. It edits real files in your Google account. Changes it makes are real changes. Google Workspace keeps version history, so edits can be reviewed and reverted there, but you are responsible for the instructions you give and for checking the result on anything that matters.

Pricing, when it launches

The standard plan is $29 per month, plus VAT or sales tax where applicable. A founder plan will be offered when the product opens: $129 for the first year, price locked; the founder year is paid up front and is not pro-rated. The first 100 actions are free, over 14 days from when you verify your email, and need no card. Prices are not fixed in advance of launch and may change; if they do, the price shown at the point you subscribe is the one that applies to you.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use SuiteAction to access accounts or files you are not entitled to.
  • Do not use it to produce unlawful content, or to send unsolicited mail.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits or resell access.

Availability and liability

Before launch the dashboard and signup are available, but the paid service — and any uptime commitment — start at launch. After launch we will make reasonable efforts to keep SuiteAction running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending it

You can cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Disconnecting your Google account revokes our access immediately.

Cancelling and refunds

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a subscription bought online. Because SuiteAction starts working immediately, we ask you to agree at checkout that supply begins straight away — which ends that right once you have used the service. If you cancel within 14 days and have not used it, we refund in full. Outside that, cancelling stops the next payment; we do not refund part-months, and the founder annual plan is not pro-rated on cancellation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will say so on this page and, for anyone on the waitlist or with an account, by email. Continuing to use SuiteAction after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer you keep the mandatory protections of the country you live in and may bring proceedings there.
