Your Google data
Why SuiteAction asks for access.
SuiteAction edits Google files on your behalf, so it needs your permission to do that. Here is exactly what it asks for and why.
- Google Sheets, Docs and Slides — to make the change you asked for: formatting a sheet, writing a document, building a deck. These are the edits themselves.
- Drive-level actions (
drive.file) — things like sharing and exporting, limited to files SuiteAction itself created. It cannot browse, search or read the rest of your Drive. - Your email address and name — to create your account and contact you about it.
Your file content is used only to carry out the request you made and is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train models. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your dashboard or from your Google account settings.
