Straight answers
One thing your AI asks SuiteAction to do. Reading a sheet counts, and changing one counts. A call that fails outright does not count; a partly successful call counts once and tells you what did not land.
On the monthly plan, SuiteAction pauses until the allowance resets — your dashboard shows the exact date. Trial actions are a single total of 100 and do not reset; subscribing is what continues the service. Either way, there are no overage charges, ever.

No. Your file content and instructions are used only to complete the action you asked for — never to train models, and never sold. Your Google tokens are stored encrypted. See the privacy notice.
They were never ours — everything lives in your Google Drive and stays there. Disconnecting revokes SuiteAction's access and deletes the stored tokens.
